Shingles Vaccinations

If you were born between 02/09/1942 to 01/09/1945 and 02/09/1935 to 01/09/1937 you will be entitled to the shingles vaccination.

Eligible patients will need to book an appointment with reception.

Fund Raising Event

We would like to thank everyone for their support. The practice raised £1700 which was shared between, Breast Cancer Research, The Shooting Star Hospice and The Princess Alice Hospice.

Patient access to their GP record

Under the new GP Contract introduced in April 2014, GP surgeries are required to provide patients with online access to their medical records to view their medications, allergies and any adverse reactions by the 31st March 2015. We are proposing to fulfil this requirement through an extension of our existing online appointment and repeat prescription service, as soon as the technology is approved.

Clinical queries should not be sent via this address, it is a no reply service and is not looked at by clinical staff.

Online Services

We are introducing a new service called Vision Online. This will let you interact with our practice using the internet at your convenience, even when we are closed.

You will need to register with the practice to access this service, and once registered you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password.

If you are interested in this service, please complete the form next time you are in the surgery, where you will be given details of how to register.
