Phlebotomy Clinics

We offer pre-bookable appointments with the phlebotomist for blood testing.
Appointments can be booked via our app "ask First" details on home page.

Travel Vaccinations

Please search your destination:www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/home 

Then please e-mail swlicb.twickenhamparksurgery@nhs.net us a list of vaccinations needed for your destination, we will compare these to vaccinations you have already had and then call to book you in for the remainder.

Please allow plenty of time before your departure as you may need a course of vaccinations and they are not immediately effective. Where we are not funded by the NHS for travel vaccinations, charges will be made and again details are displayed in the waiting room.

Non-NHS Services

We are covered by the NHS for the vast majority of our services but our patients and various bodies representing them ask us to undertake certain non NHS work such as claim forms, insurance reports, letters, certificates, etc. We endeavour to meet their demands but charge fees for such work since it places an additional workload on our clinicians and staff. We display a poster in the waiting room outlining our charges. NHS clinical work has to take priority so it is not always possible to respond quickly.

We now accept, Visa, Vpay, Mastercard and Maestro.

Private Patients

We are happy to see those who are not eligible for NHS care as a private patients.

Medical Certificates

Illnesses lasting 7 days or less do not require a doctor's certificate. You can complete a self certification form (SC2) which should be available from your employer or you can download one from the HMRC website.

If your employer or insurance scheme require a doctor's certificate to cover the first week of illness, we can issue a private certificate, for which there will be a charge.

If you require a sick note for an illness which lasts more than a week a "Statement of Fitness for Work" can be issued by your doctor free of charge. 

If you have been seen by a GP for this condition please e-mail us your request for a MED3. If you have not been seen, please call us on 0208 892 1991 to book an appointment.
